Define The Job Description
We put great care into defining each position before we even begin to search for it. We like to write our job descriptions in such a way that there is no unclear, vague, or confusing information.

Headhunting, advertising, database and referrals
- We perform headhunting to find industry professionals with specific qualifications and experience that we think would be a good fit for one of our open positions.
- We advertise open jobs on the most relevant websites and professional networks depending on the position.
- We search our database of candidates who have applied in the past to look for possible matches.

STEP THREE
Review and Shortlist
